Two 16-year-old Krasnoyarsk residents will appear in court on charges of theft committed by a group of people prior agreement.
The police found that in February of this year, the guys created an account in the marketplace application and ordered various men's clothing worth more than 10 thousand rubles with payment after fitting, but their intentions were criminal.
“When the goods were delivered, the teenagers arrived at the delivery point and one of them presented QR-code to get them. To hide his appearance, he put a medical mask on his face. When the employee brought out his clothes, he pretended to inspect them. The woman went to the warehouse, and the accused took things and disappeared with his friend, who was waiting for him on the street,” the police said.
The thieves sold the stolen goods to their friend for 4.5 thousand rubles. During the investigation, the parents of the teenagers fully compensated for the damage caused.
The defendants themselves are awaiting trial on their own recognizance and proper behavior. According to Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provides for the following types of punishment: a fine of up to 200 thousand rubles; or compulsory, corrective or forced labor; or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
