In Krasnoyarsk, an important intersection on Podzolkova will be put in order and options for reducing traffic jams will be considered

The mayor of Krasnoyarsk went to the Svetly microdistrict and discussed with residents the problems that they wrote to him about on social networks.

Sergei Vereshchagin noted that the transport topic is “one of the most sensitive” and promised to improve the situation:

“There is essentially only one main entrance here, and traffic jams occur during rush hour. First, let's finalize the organization of traffic on Podzolkova. At the junction with the street from Preobrazhensky, we will pave the area, install a traffic light and signs, and make a pedestrian crossing and sidewalk. We will work on the lighting installation. In the area around the exit to the roundabout, where drivers often violate traffic rules when turning left, we will update the prohibitory markings. In the future, we will evaluate the possibility of local expansion of the roadway there, the condition of the other exit from the microdistrict through Aviatorov.”

Also discussed travel to a local kindergarten. This technical road was used by builders, the authorities will consider the possibility of filling it. And entrepreneurs undertook to pave the driveway and parking areas near retail outlets.

In addition, residents were promised to install the missing stops on Podzolkova Street this year and calculate options for increasing the number of minibuses on the right bank.

Point defects that the mayor discovered during an inspection of the microdistrict territory were instructed to be worked out with the management company and the owners.
