MFC employees in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will now make video calls through the MAX messenger

Employees of the MFC of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have the opportunity to conduct video consultations through the MAX messenger. The remote service was launched as part of the federal project “State for the People.”

Now specialists can contact the applicant via video link through a secure channel. There are two ways to sign up for a consultation: call 8 (933) 332-56-27 or through the chatbot “My Documents Krasnoyarsk Territory”, choosing a convenient time. The recording is available in the “day to day” mode, the operator will call you back.
The Ministry of Social Policy of the region explained that the service works only for consultations – submitting documents via video call will not work. For correct communication, the user needs to allow MAX calls from all contacts and search by phone number in the privacy settings.
Minister of Social Policy Irina Pastukhova called the service another step towards a client-oriented system, where citizens feel the care of the state.
