Recall that from September 3, Russia will come into force that will establish the property of fabrics and other recommendations for schoolchildren's clothing. It is noted that the document does not establish a specific form design. However, the government decided to demonstrate a standard example of a form that will advise all standards. For girls – a red suit with a skirt, a jacket and a shirt with a lace toad. For boys-a dark blue classic suit with a jacket, a blue shirt and a blue tie.

The form was criticized by the stylist Elena. Its opinion is divided by OM1 Novosibirsk. The woman noted that styles and colors resemble samples of the 70s.

“Strict silhouettes without any modern elements are not just conservative, it is a demonstrative rollback to the past. I think two factors played a role here. The first is nostalgia. Those who accepted these standards probably imagined the “perfect school” from their childhood. The second is simplification. GOST was created so that the form was as universal, cheap in production and suitable for all regions. But in pursuit of practicality, modern trends in children's fashion were completely ignored, ”comments Elena.

The expert emphasizes that the school uniform is initially not intended for self -expression, but it must observe the balance between strict and style. In addition, the clothes should be comfortable, and hard collars and dense fabrics will interfere with children to be active between lessons.
