The Krasnoyarsk Transport Prosecutor's Office revealed a violation in the use of federal property. The businessman moored the Captain's Club to the state pier on the banks of the Yenisei without proper paperwork.
We are talking about the non-self-propelled floating object “Peresvet”, located near Dubrovinskogo Street, 100/1.

On the initiative of the prosecutor's office, the owner was brought to administrative responsibility under the article on the use of federal property without permits. He was given a fine.
Previously, the “Captain's Club” (diesel-electric ship “Anton Rubinstein”) sailed along the Yenisei to Dudinka. In 2001, the ship was bought, and after a while a restaurant complex was opened in it. Now the ship is in a semi-abandoned state, and the cafe is not open.
