“As law enforcement officers previously established, there was a collision between a Mercedes-Benz minibus and a Volvo truck, driven by 38-year-old drivers. A 34-year-old passenger in the minibus died at the scene from injuries received as a result of the accident,” the report says.
According to police, five passengers in the minibus, ranging in age from 18 to 61, were injured.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Part 2 of Art. 286 (violation of road safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to photos published by law enforcement officers, a passenger sitting in the front seat, next to the driver, died.
Patrol police reported that the road had to be closed due to this accident.
