In Krasnoyarsk, bailiffs came to seize the debtor’s car, and her companion tried to damage the car and jumped on the roof. A report was drawn up against the man for obstructing the lawful activities of service officers.

The woman has accumulated a large debt on loans and traffic police fines – about 400 thousand rubles. The bailiff notified her of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, but she did not begin to repay the debt within the prescribed period. Then the service officer issued a decision to prohibit registration of her Chevrolet Cruze car.

The debtor herself arrived at the department in her own car along with a man. When the bailiff demanded to provide the vehicle for inventory and arrest, the companion reacted aggressively, resisted and deliberately jumped on the roof, trying to damage the car.

As a result, the car was seized and sent to a special parking lot. If the woman does not repay the debt, the car will be sold and the money will be transferred to offset the debt. A report was drawn up against her companion under the article on obstructing the activities of employees of enforcement agencies.
