Immediately two teams of coal miners from the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Kuzbass will perform at the RFU Cup among corporate teams 2025. Matches will be held from May 30 to June 1 in Moscow in the territory of Luzhnikov.
The RFU Cup among corporate teams is the new All-Russian Mini-football championship in 5×5 format for representatives of companies from different sectors of the economy. The tournament will play the teams of projects participating in the Russia-Football Country contest in the nomination “Best Corporate Football Project” and Partners of the RFU.
Tournament Cup Melnichenko, in which the backbone of the SUEK-Krasnoyarsk and Suek-Kuzbass teams showed activity, not only took part in the fifth season of the Russia-Football Stanina contest, but entered the three best corporate football projects. The Cup took place last December in Krasnoyarsk and was organized by the Melnichenko Foundation. Then the Suekov football players played as part of the Kuzbass “miner” and the Krasnoyarsk “strong nut”, who took the first and second places, respectively.
In the new football championship of the RFU, the SUEK-Krasnoyarsk and Suek-Kuzbass teams will play with the teams of the 20 largest Russian companies.
All participants will be divided into eight groups, where they will play with each other in one circle. In the playoffs will directly enter the commands that will take first places. The second and third places will hold butt matches. The playoff stage will begin with the 1/8 finals, which will meet teams that took first places in groups and winners of the butt matches. The semifinals, the match for third place and the final will be held on June 1.
