Two new prosecutors appointed in Krasnoyarsk Territory

Became prosecutor of the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk Ilya Polishchuk, and the Kansky interdistrict prosecutor is Sergei Sidorov. The day before, they were officially introduced by the head of the regional prosecutor's office, Roman Tyutyunik.

Ilya Polishchuk graduated from the SibFU Law Institute and has been working in the regional prosecutor’s office since 2013: he was an assistant and prosecutor in the Kirovsky district of Krasnoyarsk, then held positions in the regional prosecutor’s office, and since 2024 he has been the prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk district.

Sergei Sidorov, a lawyer by training, has been working in the prosecutor's office since 2012: he was an assistant and deputy prosecutor in Khakassia and the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and since April 2024 he has headed the prosecutor's office of the Irbeysky district.

The Sovetsky District Prosecutor has been instructed to pay special attention to a number of key areas:

• labor and wages: supervision of employers who pay below the minimum wage or use gray wage schemes; monitoring legal disputes regarding the recovery of wages; control of receivables and tax debts.
• housing and urban infrastructure: control over the maintenance of municipal housing and the reduction of queues for housing, as well as the completion of the construction of a parking lot for residents of the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ.
• crime and security: in-depth analysis of the growth of serious crimes (rape, robbery, robberies), strengthening the fight against remote theft, cryptocurrency mining, drug dens.
• migration and corruption: constant checks of migration police departments, identification of fictitious registration, fake documents and schemes with illegal certificates, increased use of the institution of loss of trust in officials.

For Kansk and the interdistrict territory, the regional prosecutor outlined the following priorities:

• housing and social sphere: control of relocation from emergency housing, the legality of the formation of queues for housing on social rent; preferential drug provision for children and families, protection of housing rights of orphans.
• safety and ecology: supervision of roads, control over the operation of boiler houses and the reliability of energy supply, strengthening monitoring of air and water pollution.
• budget and labor: combating wage arrears, control over procurement and implementation of national projects, monitoring the budget and tax arrears.
• crimes and corruption: analysis of the increase in thefts and robberies, strengthening control over the investigation, combating illegal migration and corruption in the field of subsoil use, forestry, and municipal property.
