The library conducts a lot of mass work, systematically prepares book exhibitions, installations, lists of recommendatory literature. A number of exhibitions have been prepared on the topic: “The Patriotic War of the Soviet People” (12+). The library serves as a number of collective farm political entities and urban industries by the mobiles.
The district library of the Smidovichsky district (head of the library of Comrade Guseva) works well. A children's asset works at the library. The library serves up to 400 readers. For the first quarter of 1942, 4198 books were issued here. Many books are collected by a library as a gift from the Red Army. Three movements with books were sent to collective farms.
The library of the village of Volochaevka (head of Comrade Glushkov) has now taken out all her work in the field, in the camp. Comrade Glushkov holds reading, conversations with collective farmers. He created a considerable asset around the library. In the circles working at the library, 15 icons of the PVCHO and GSO were prepared. A wall newspaper is produced twice a month.
