In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court recovered 410 thousand rubles from the dropper in favor of a pensioner from Sharypov.
The press service of the supervisory agency said that last summer an unknown person called the woman, introduced himself as an employee of the pension fund and convinced her to transfer money to the specified account. As a result, the pensioner lost all her savings – 410 thousand rubles.
Only later did it become clear that it was a trap. She had no obligations to the recipient of the money, she was not going to help him and, of course, she did not think of just parting with her savings.
When it became clear that the money had gone to the account of an individual entrepreneur and no one was going to return it, the prosecutor’s office intervened in the situation.
A lawsuit was filed in court to recover money that ended up in the hands of a businesswoman from Chuvashia without any legal grounds.
The court supported the position of the supervisory authority and satisfied the requirements in full.
The execution of the decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
