The face does not “float”, the look does not fade: 7 minutes a day – and freshness returns without makeup

If you spend a lot of time at the holiday table, walk late into the night, or wake up with swelling after gardening chores, then this is not fatigue. The body is simply overloaded, the lymph stagnates, and the facial muscles lose tone. But you don't need expensive masks, injections or complex procedures. Just 7 minutes a day of light but precise movements is enough to revive facial expressions, accelerate lymphatic drainage and restore natural radiance.

1. Breathing exercises for the face – 1 minute

Sit comfortably or lie down. Take a deep breath in through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth, slightly pursing your lips with a tube. Repeat 6 times. This starts microcirculation and relieves tension in the jaw, which often occurs from chewing hard food.

2. Stroking with warming up – 1 minute

Rub your palms together vigorously until you feel warm. Using light sliding movements, move across the face from the chin to the ears, then from the wings of the nose to the temples. This gently removes lymph and relieves morning puffiness.

3. Exercise “smile” – 30 seconds * 2

Smile widely without opening your lips and feel the tension in your cheeks. Hold for 10 seconds. Relax. This tones the cheekbone muscles and tightens the oval of the face without the formation of wrinkles.

4. Neck stretch – 1 minute

Sit up straight with your shoulders back. Slowly lower your chin to your chest, then smoothly stretch the crown of your head upward, lengthening the back of your neck. Don't throw your head back. Repeat 5 times. This releases tension in the cervical region and improves the contour of the lower jaw.

5. Lymphatic drainage of the neck – 1 minute

Using the pads of your index and middle fingers, draw lines from your earlobes down the sides of your neck to your collarbones. Movements should be light and directed straight down. Repeat 10 times. This accelerates the outflow of fluid and reduces the appearance of a double chin.

6. Lip vibration – 30 seconds

Relax your lips as much as possible and exhale forcefully so that they vibrate, making a sound similar to a horse snorting. This stimulates blood circulation in the lower part of the face and relieves muscle tension.

7. Relaxation with exhalation – 1 minute

Close your eyes, place warm palms on your face without pressing on your eyes. Take a long, deep breath, imagining all the tension leaving. Repeat 3 times.

After just two or three days, you will notice that your face no longer looks tired in the evening, and your skin has acquired a healthy color. By the end of the first week, the features will become clearer: the cheekbones will appear softly, and the look will become open and clear, despite the busy holiday schedule.
