Journalists also reported that the novel from the village of Sartan in the Donetsk region, which is now occupied by an aggressor country in the Donetsk region. Therefore, the investigation arose that an attack with a knife could be part of the Russian operation. However, his colleagues reject this version, although they cannot completely exclude this.

The publication says that the man joined the ranks of the Ukrainian army before the mobilization of 2022. In 2019, he was sent to the artillery of the 503rd battalion, which took part, in particular, in the defense of Ugled and battles in the vicinity of Kherson. In 2023, he received a strong concussion from a grenade explosion. Then he was transferred to an administrative position.

The suspect will appear before the trial in early July.

Context

On March 26, the man attacked passers -by in Amsterdam. The police who arrived on the call discovered five wounded: an elderly couple of Americans (67 and 69 years old), a 26-year-old Pole, Belgian 73 years old and a 19-year-old local resident. The attacker was captured with the help of passers -by and detained, he was injured in his leg.
