The amount of damage caused to the budget amounted to 3.7 million rubles.
“Contract test protocols were received on November 1 and 25, 2022, after which I made changes to the applications to two test protocols in which the“ water supply ”indicator did not meet the requirements of GOST,” the contractor explained.
Both defendants pleaded guilty to committing crimes under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code and part 5 of Art. 33 hours 4 tbsp. 159 of the Criminal Code. The damage was compensated in full during the preliminary investigation.
