Potatoes are often called second bread. For decades, the root vegetable has remained a staple on our table – it is boiled, fried, baked, added to salads or pureed. It’s no wonder that almost every summer resident finds a garden bed for it every year. But in order to dig up a lot of large and beautiful potatoes in the fall, you need to take the choice of variety seriously in the spring. The best of them were named by the Zen channel “Harvest Garden” (12+).

Middle and late varieties
