The recipe is so simple that even a child will cope:
Ingredients
- Ripe bananas (300-400 grams or 3 pieces)
- White condensed milk (150-200 grams or half a can)
Cooking
- Peel the bananas, cut into circles and send it to the freezer for several hours, better at night. They will become the basis of our ice cream.
- Grind frozen bananas in a blender until a homogeneous mass. Add condensed milk and continue to beat until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Ready ice cream can be served immediately, decorating with berries or nuts at will. Store in the freezer no more than one week.
