Take it on a pencil: I do 2 minutes such a charge and my eyes see how in my youth – a trick from an ophthalmologist

It often happens that in the evening vision worsens, especially after working at the computer: the eyes cut, as if in them, the letters spread and the picture “floats”. The ophthalmologist on the Zen channel “Health for you” (18+) advises an exercise that saves eyes without drops and glasses-enough pencil and a couple of minutes.

Keep a pencil or handle at eye level, stretching your hand forward. Slowly bring him to the nose, not taking his eyes off until the image becomes double. Find it and try to achieve maximum clarity, then again slowly straighten your hand. Repeat 10-15 times.
This simple movement trains the muscles of the eyes, returns clarity to the look and removes the feeling of “sand” after a long peeping into the screen or book.

Experts advise doing the exercise 2-3 times a day: it reduces fatigue, supports accommodation (the ability of the eye to clearly perceive any objects at different distance) and helps the eyes recover faster after a smartphone, TV or reading.

Such an exercise also helps to delay the appearance of age -old “+” with glasses and affects memory and attention well.

With severe myopia, cataracts or recently undergone operations, an exercise only with the approval of the doctor.

Important: this information is not a replacement for a doctor’s consultation. The body's reaction to changes in sports can depend on individual physiological characteristics, genetic predisposition and state of health. Before starting changes in training, it is recommended to consult your doctor to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the selected measures.
