Krasnoyarsk police have identified a man involved in setting fire to grass and forests on the Esaulovskaya loop near the village of Barkhatovo, Sosnovoborsk district. This was announced today by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.
