A Krasnoyarsk man was sentenced to 15 years in prison with a restriction of freedom for a year and a half for raping his daughter.
The verdict was handed down in the Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk for committing crimes under paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (committing other acts of a sexual nature with the use of violence against the victim, taking advantage of the helpless state of the victim, in relation to a person under fourteen years of age); item “b” part 4 art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rape, that is, sexual intercourse using the helpless state of the victim under fourteen years of age).
According to the case file, before the New Year holidays, the accused, along with his young children, daughter and son, went to the dacha. There, from January 2 to January 5, 2026, while intoxicated, he repeatedly committed violent and other acts of a sexual nature against his 12-year-old daughter. The criminal actions began when the father and his children visited the bathhouse together, after the victim’s brother left, but one day he nevertheless witnessed what was happening.
At the court hearing, the defendant admitted his guilt in committing the crimes charged to him in full, and refused to testify, using Art. 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. P. was found guilty by the court of the crimes committed, and he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 15 years with restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year 6 months, serving a sentence of imprisonment in a maximum security correctional colony.
