In Krasnoyarsk closed an ineffective boiler room in the Oktyabrsky district

In Krasnoyarsk, another ineffective boiler room closed.

It is located on Totmin Street, next to residential buildings and social objects. It was put into operation back in 1966, now the equipment is worn by 60 % and does not meet modern environmental requirements. Therefore, her boilers extinguished forever.

The boiler room provided with warm and hot water 268 objects: social infrastructure buildings, residential buildings and other consumers. Now they were transferred to the capacities of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-2. For this, more than 8 km of heating networks were built and reconstructed in the Oktyabrsky district, which significantly increased the heat supply of the Krasnoyarsk residents and ensured the development of the northwestern part of the city.

The closure of the boiler room was attended by the Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vladimir Chesovitin. Together with the general director of the Yenisei TGK (TGK-13) JSC, Oleg Bubnovsky, by pressing the button, stopped the heat source.

“Today, a historical event took place for the city of Krasnoyarsk: the boiler room No. 5 was forever deduced. The boiler room began its work back in 1966 and provided with warm and hot water more than 45 thousand inhabitants of the Oktyabrsky district. Now all consumers are transferred to the capacities of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-2, which uses a modern gas cleaning system, unlike the cyclones that were used at this station. The boiler house threw out more than 1,500 tons of pollutants and in addition to this carried out the emissions of suspended particles from the coal warehouse and ash storage, ”said Vladimir Chasovitin, Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Oleg Bubnovsky, CEO of the Yenisei TGK (TGK-13), recalled that this is the 36th ineffective boiler room, which was closed in the city as part of the federal project “Clean Air” of the National Project “Environmental Welfare”. In total, the company's plan was closing 37 similar objects. The boiler room No. 12 is still working on Norilskaya Street. But they plan to close it this year.

“SGK systematically fulfills the obligations taken to the residents of the city to reduce the burden on the environment. The volume of investments among the replaced boiler houses is over 12 billion rubles. Thanks to the boiler room replacement program and taking into account the implemented measures of the environmental modernization of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1, emissions into the atmosphere are already reduced by more than 11 thousand tons ”, – noted Oleg Bubnovsky.

The Minister of Ecology recalled that the implementation of the Pure Air project does not end there, the events are designed for another two years.

“We still have plans for the closure of both boiler houses and other events in the city of Krasnoyarsk. In this period of time, the program is implemented by 75-80 %. I repeat, it is important for me not a digital designation of the environmental effect, but a feeling of residents of the city of Krasnoyarsk of these all processes. Let’s still focus on these indicators, ”said Vladimir Chasovitin.

Recall, in addition to closing ineffective boiler houses, SGK implements a number of significant environmental projects. In particular, the ecological modernization of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 continues. A new pipe 275 meters high was installed at the station, two new boiler units were built and launched, two turbines are installed, 11 out of 15 planned electrostatic filters were commissioned. After the launch of all gas treatment plants, the emissions of thermal power plants on solid particles will be reduced by 80%. The second power unit on the Krasnoyarsk TPP-3 is being prepared for launch. In addition, residents of the private sector are transferred to electric heating as part of the New Heat project, and a network of electric shift stations for electric cars is also developing in Krasnoyarsk as part of the Siberia project.
