The barbecue cauldron “Ram and Beads,” long known to Krasnoyarsk residents as a place for noisy meetings and intimate feasts, updates the gastronomic concept while maintaining the familiar atmosphere.
The establishment is gradually rethinking its menu, shifting the focus towards traditional Uzbek recipes, which are based on cooking over an open fire, using a tandoor and a cauldron, as well as an abundance of spices and herbs.
The central place in this whole story is hot bread. It is served first to the table in the “Ram and Beads” kazan-barbecue, broken by hand and divided among everyone as a symbol of hospitality. They also offer snacks to go with tandoor bread: assorted meze, vegetable spreads and spicy sauces.
The format of the establishment is aimed at large companies. In the Kazan-Grill, guests are offered special sets, banquet menus and solutions for events – from family holidays to corporate meetings.
This approach fully reflects the tradition of the Uzbek feast as an important social ritual. An equally important part of the concept is the atmosphere: live music, aromatic pilaf, generous portions and a feeling of general celebration at the table.
In addition to the main menu, the establishment offers a business lunch format – hearty and balanced, which are served on weekdays from 12:00 to 16:00.
“‘Ram and Beads’ is about fire, a cauldron and bread, about big tables and loud laughter, about traditions that bring people together. At the heart of everything is hospitality, which has only become warmer over the years, and now sounds with a recognizable Uzbek accent,” the establishment noted.
