In a number of territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a regime of unfavorable weather conditions has been declared. The Minister of Ecology of the region, Vladimir Chasovitin, announced this on his Telegram channel.
According to the Central Siberian UGMS, NMU is introduced from 19:00 on April 30 to 19:00 on May 1 in Krasnoyarsk, Zheleznogorsk, Zelenogorsk, Divnogorsk, the village of Solnechny, as well as in Abansky, Achinsky, Balakhtinsko-Novoselovsky, Birilyussky, Bogotolsky, Boguchansky, Bolshemurtinsky-Sukhobuzimsky, Dzerzhinsko-Taseevsky, Emelyanovsky, Yenisei, Idrinsko-Krasnoturansky, Ilansko-Nizhneingashsky, Irbeysko-Sayansky, Kazachinsko-Pirovsky, Kansky, Kezhemsky, Kozulsky, Kuraginsky, Mansko-Uyarsky, Minusinsky, Motyginsky, Nazarovsky, Rybinsk, North Yenisei, Sosnovoborsky, Uzhursky, Sharypovsky, Evenki districts.
From 19:00 on April 30 to 10:00 on May 1, a regime of unfavorable weather conditions will be in effect in Norilsk and in the territories of the south of the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets District.
The minister believes that given the hot weather and calm winds, the NMU regime may subsequently be extended.
“In order to reduce the content of pollutants in the air, enterprises in the region need to begin measures to reduce emissions. City residents can also do their part by refraining from actions that worsen air quality. Environmental supervision inspectors of the ministry are switching to an enhanced work regime,” noted Vladimir Chasovitin.
