What happened at the Fidesz board meeting
During Tuesday's meeting, Viktor Orban proposed to resign as party chairman. This information was provided to the media by Fidesz MP Erik Banki. The management board did not accept this resignation, and no other personnel decisions were made. MEP Tamas Deutsch added that the talks were “very lively” and would continue during the party congress on June 13.
