In Krasnoyarsk, a 47-year-old local resident will go on trial for stealing an expensive jacket from a wardrobe in a drug treatment clinic. The regional police reported this.
In February, a 17-year-old boy contacted the police to report a missing item. Soon, law enforcement officers identified the attacker and detained him.
It turned out that the man came to a medical facility in the Zheleznodorozhny district “on personal business.” When he finished, he headed to the wardrobe. On the windowsill he noticed a jacket from a popular brand, which he visually liked and was the right size.

The man took someone else's jacket, took his outerwear from the wardrobe and, putting on a hood, left the dispensary. At home, he showed off the new thing to his wife, saying that he just found it.
Police officers searched the residence, seized the stolen property and returned it to the owner. The cost of the jacket was 32 thousand rubles.
A criminal case was opened against the Krasnoyarsk resident under the article of theft, he faces up to five years in prison. The accused is under recognizance not to leave the place.
