The terms of reference define the design boundaries from Oktyabrskaya Street to the slope of the Yenisei River. The total length of the network is 1,500 meters, but this figure will be clarified. In addition to the survey, specialists need to determine drainage areas, calculate the volume of wastewater, locate local treatment facilities, and provide for the construction of a pumping station.

“Currently, there are two storm sewer lines operating in this area, but they cannot cope with the load, especially during heavy rainfall. For full-fledged work, it is necessary to identify the section of the storm sewer that needs reconstruction and build treatment facilities. We allocate 19 months to carry out engineering surveys, examine the technical condition of the existing sewerage system and develop design documentation. This is a long time, but the amount of work is very significant,” — told acting Head of the Capital Construction Department Alexander Paramygin.
