In Krasnoyarsk, a contractor was found for the major renovation of one of the dormitories of the Siberian Federal University. The facility is located on Svobodny Avenue, 76. According to the Unified Information System for Procurement, the contract amount is more than 319 million rubles.
They plan to carry out major renovations in the hostel: the building itself, electrical systems, water supply, sewerage and heating will be updated. The heating unit will also be repaired, a heat metering unit will be installed and communication networks will be updated. In addition, the estimate included work with elevators. They must be repaired and checked.
After the renovation, the contractor will also have to set up equipment and remove construction debris. Most of the money will be spent on basic construction work; almost 178 million rubles have been allocated for them. Another significant amount is provided for communication networks and electrical equipment; 50.3 million rubles were allocated for them.
The contractor is obliged to repair the building by March 30, 2027. According to published data, the winner will have to commission 6.9 thousand square meters. m of premises by the end of 2026 and another 1 thousand sq. m. m in 2027.
