In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a veterinary clinic was caught selling medicines without a license

In Shushenskoye, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists identified the sale of veterinary drugs without a license. This was reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The violation that was committed at the BAGIRA RA veterinary clinic was determined by specialists using the system “An honest sign.” The head of the company was warned twice, but no measures were taken to stop the violations in the veterinary clinic: trade did not stop, and the entrepreneur did not receive a license to sell medicines. To confirm this, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists came to the clinic with a test purchase and bought eye drops.
Based on the results of the inspection, the department prepared materials for initiating an administrative case. They will be sent to court for consideration.
Rosselkhoznadzor reminded that storing veterinary drugs without a license is only possible if they are used for breeding, raising, keeping or treating animals. The sale of such drugs requires a license.
