The main theme of the session of the parliament was amendments to the charter of the region and a discussion of other documents related to the adoption of the law on a change in the territorial structure. In particular, one of the amendments regulates the number of deputies of the representative body of the city or municipal district. Galina Amplogova and the First Deputy Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the first deputy governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, explained that the norm of the representative office of most municipal districts was taken as a basis. A larger number of single-mandate in the first convocation will serve the harmonization of socio-political relations, since the councils will represent more deputies from the united territories.
Also during the meeting, a proposal was supported to establish a new award – the title of “Honored Worker of the Electoral System of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”. The chairman of the Committee on State Organization, Legislation and Local Self -Government, Galina Amplogov, noted that it may be assigned to participants in the preparation and conduct of elections, as well as for ensuring and protecting electoral rights, developing the electoral system and increasing the legal culture of the participants in the process.

The deputies also approved in the first reading of amendments to the laws, allowing to assign without statements the funds for the maintenance of orphans in the families of guardians. “It is important that the changes also provide for a reduction in decision -making deadlines,” said Vera Oskina, chairman of the Committee on Education and Culture.
Consideration in the second reading of the issue regarding the regulation of animal management in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the suggestion of the chairman of the relevant committee, Vitaly Drozdov, was postponed. The State Duma will return to him after the spring session, at which the federal law on this topic will be considered.
