The reconstruction of the 110 kV Severnaya power supply center in the west of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been completed.

As a result, the capacity of the facility has increased, which is necessary to increase the capacity of the oil pumping infrastructure, as well as increase the reliability of power supply to the Achinsk Municipal District, where about 120 thousand people live. The cost of the work amounted to 150 million rubles.

Rosseti Sibir specialists replaced one of the three power transformers at the power supply center: the power of the new equipment is one and a half times greater. Also, modern Russian relay protection systems were installed at the power facility, which significantly increased the reliability of all substation systems.

“The project is being implemented within the framework of the tasks set by the state to redistribute the direction of oil transit from West to East. The measures are aimed not only at increasing the throughput of the oil pumping station equipment, but also at strengthening the energy infrastructure of the territory,” said Anton Lukin, director of the Rosseti Sibir branch – Krasnoyarskenergo.

Let us recall that in October 2025, the Rosseti Group of Companies implemented another large-scale project in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: they completed the reconstruction of a 220 kV substation, which is a supporting element of the power distribution scheme of the largest thermal power plant in Siberia – Berezovskaya State District Power Plant. The facility has completely updated the fleet of high-voltage switches responsible for controlling the current load.
