The rapid development of cyber_Folks. 100 percent PrestaShop shares change ownership

The subsidiary of cyber_Folks, i.e. cyber_Pixel, concluded a 100% sale agreement with MBE Worldwide. shares in PrestaShop – cyber_Folks said in a statement. The sale price of PrestaShop shares was EUR 53.96 million.

The sale price of the PrestaShop shares that was paid by Pixel on Wednesday, based on the estimated amount of net debt and the deviation from the reference working capital of PrestaShop, is EUR 53.96 million.

The final sale price of the shares will be determined and settled after final confirmation of the amount of net debt and the adjustment of PrestaShop's working capital as of the closing date. The company's management does not expect that the final sales price of PrestaShop shares will differ significantly from the estimated sales price of PrestaShop shares.

In December, it was reported that the cyber_Folks Group, together with Sylius, had signed agreements to acquire PrestaShop, one of the world's largest open-source e-commerce platforms.

It was reported then that the subsidiary of cyber_Folks, i.e. cyber_Pixel, had reached an agreement with MBE Worldwide regarding the transaction documentation regarding the company's acquisition of 100 percent. shares in PrestaShop.

PrestaShop serves 230,000. active stores around the world, which generated EUR 22 billion of GMV in 2024. Sylius supports larger and more complex projects (Enterprise and mid-market) with a total sales value (GMV) estimated at approximately EUR 7 billion per year.

After incorporating both entities into the cyber_Folks ecosystem, the total GMV will be approximately EUR 35 billion. (PAP Business)
