In the Irbeysky district, the court invalidated a deal with a land plot on which valuable tree species grew. The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region reported this.

We are talking about an agricultural plot of about 60 hectares. According to the prosecutor's office, in 2021, a 40-year-old local resident became interested in the land. There was a forest on the site that could be used for timber.

The owners of the land shares were two residents of the village of Korostelevo. Each of them received 25 thousand rubles for drawing up a power of attorney to dispose of their shares. In May 2022, the site officially passed to the new owner as a gift. However, later the women said that in fact they did not give the shares, but sold them.

The prosecutor's investigation showed that, under the guise of a donation, the purchase and sale of land actually took place. This scheme made it possible to bypass the legal procedure. When selling agricultural land, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and local government bodies have the preemptive right to purchase. But in this case, they were not offered the plot.

The prosecutor's office went to court and demanded that the gift agreement be declared invalid. Also, the court, at the request of the prosecutor, banned any logging in the disputed area. The court supported the demands of the prosecutor's office. The transaction was declared invalid, and the land plot must be returned to the previous owners.

The implementation of the decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
