On April 28, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine commented on reports that insufficient products were being supplied to remote positions in the 30th Separate Infantry Brigade, the 128th Separate Separate Brigade and the 108th Separate Brigade of the Troops.
The department noted that such cases should not become systemic. The Ministry of Defense is working with the General Staff on this issue, the statement said.
“An indicative situation in the 14th Mechanized Infantry Brigade: a commission of the Ground Forces is conducting an investigation, the brigade commander has been removed, and those responsible will be held accountable. Commander-in-Chief General [Александр] Syrsky ordered the commanders of the groups and corps to check the supply of fighters on the contact line by May 20. Distorted reports on the combat situation will have direct negative consequences for officials,” the Ministry of Defense emphasized.
