The winners of the financial literacy championship were determined in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The results of the regional case championship on financial literacy “Krasnoyarsk Lions” were summed up in the region. The strongest school teams in the region met in the final.
The Ministry of Finance said that this year 63 teams from different territories of the region participated in the qualifying stage of the championship. Schoolchildren were tested remotely on financial, mathematical and reading literacy. Based on the selection results, the 10 best teams advanced to the finals.
The teams presented solutions to cases, demonstrating financial analysis skills and the ability to work with information. The winner was the team from school No. 8 from the city of Sharypovo. Second place went to the “Financial Lions” of Krasnoyarsk gymnasium No. 4. Third place went to the team from gymnasium No. 10 from Divnogorsk.
When summing up the results, the validity of the proposed solutions, their practical applicability, as well as the quality of teamwork and presentation were taken into account. The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and memorable prizes.
Let us remind you that the regional case championship “Krasnoyarsk Lions” is one of the largest events to improve financial literacy in the region. The initiator of the event and developer of materials is school No. 16 in Achinsk.
