Shocking phase in Bayern – Barcelona, the first semi-final of the UEFA Women's Champions League

Bayern Munich – Barcelona, in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals in women's football, ended in a tie, score 1-1.
The second leg, which will determine the finalist team, will be played on May 3, at Barcelona's ground.

The Catalan team started the game better and opened the scoring in the 9th minute, after the goal scored by Ewa Pajor. Barcelona controlled the first part of the game, having possession and keeping the ball out of their own goal. Bayern tried to respond on the counter-attack, but without success on the table before the break.
In the second half, the scenario changed, and Bayern began to put constant pressure on the opposing defense. The equalizer came in the 69th minute when Franziska Kett took advantage of a prolonged period in the box and scored with a precise shot.

Just 10 minutes after the goal, Bayern were down to 10 men after goal scorer Franziska Kett was shown a straight red card following a shocking tackle. She pulled the hair of Salma Paralluelo, the player of Barcelona.
Immediately after the player's foul, a minute later, Bayern coach Jose Barcala also saw the red card.
The end of the match had several opportunities for both sides, but neither team was able to change the scoreboard.
