Donald Trump canceled the trip of his envoys to Pakistan. “Nobody knows who's in charge”

“I just canceled my representatives' trip to Islamabad, Pakistan, (where they were supposed to) meet with the Iranians. Too much time wasted traveling, too much work!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
He added that there is “huge internal fighting” and “disorientation” in the Iranian authorities. “No one knows who is in charge, including them,” the president continued.
“What's more, we have all the cards, they have none! If they want to talk, all they have to do is call!!!” Trump added.
White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt announced on Friday the planned trip of Witkoff and Kushner to the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. Trump, in turn, claimed that Iran wanted to talk and explore the possibility of reaching an agreement and that he planned to present an offer aimed at meeting US demands.
On Saturday, an Iranian delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abbas Aragchi, visited Islamabad and met there, among others. with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The Iranians have already left Pakistan and are now planning visits to Oman and Russia.
What next with military operations?
US President Donald Trump told Axios that canceling the trip does not mean resuming military operations against Iran.
– NO. It doesn't mean that. We haven't thought about it yet, Trump replied when asked whether canceling the talks meant resuming the war.
Axios wrote that Trump canceled the trip of Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner due to “the position of the Iranians during the negotiations.”
“Iranians can call us”
— I don't see the point in sending them on an 18-hour flight in the current situation. It's too long. We can just as easily do it over the phone. Iranians can call us if they want. “We're not going to travel just to sit there,” Trump said.
– We have all the cards. We will not fly there just to sit and talk about nothing, the president added.
