In Achinsk, a cultural heritage site of regional significance has been put up for sale – a residential building with a shop belonging to the estate of the merchant Wardkin. This was reported by the state security service OKN of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The building is located on Lenin Street, 22. The starting price is one ruble. BySlovenia auction the new owner is obliged to restore the monument in order to preserve it for future generations. Applications close on May 15, 2026.
The Wartkin estate is a whole complex of the late 19th – early 20th centuries: the main house with a store, a separate store building, an office and warehouse building and a barn. The most noticeable of them is a two-story house (brick bottom and wooden top) with carved decor, which was made by Tomsk craftsmen for export.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the “Trading House I.B.” was widely known in Achinsk. Borodavkina with his sons,” which occupied a large estate on the northwestern side of the trading area.
The area of the building is 723 square meters, the cadastral value is more than 11 million rubles. It is owned by the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
