A gas explosion occurred in an apartment adjacent to the walls of the 1st and 2nd entrances of a Nizhny Tagil high-rise building. Previously, gas initially exploded in the basement.
About 200 people lived in both entrances. Nine people are trapped under the rubble. The last maintenance service on the residential building was June 24th.
