The work site to sum up the results of the party project “New School” was held in preparation for the regional forum “There is a result!”
Chairman of the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on Education and Culture Vera Oskina, deputy of the regional parliament and regional coordinator of the party project “New School” Viktor Kardashov, representatives of ministries, heads of educational organizations visited Lyceum No. 2, a branch of kindergarten No. 110 and school No. 45. All institutions are participants in the federal overhaul program initiated by the United Russia party.
The building of Lyceum No. 2 on Uritsky Street is already more than sixty years old. A major renovation was completed here last year. Utilities, roofing and façade were updated. The furniture in the offices was replaced and modern equipment appeared. There are special classes here; the first one was opened in 2015. Now the lyceum has four such classes from 8th to 11th with in-depth study of mathematics, physics, and computer science.
Kindergarten No. 110 was built in 1960. In 2025, the Krasnoyarsk educational institution became one of the first participants in the federal overhaul program initiated by the United Russia party. During the work, the floors, ceilings, windows, doors, engineering systems were completely renewed, and the surrounding area was also landscaped. About 170 million rubles were allocated from the federal, regional and city budgets for the modernization of kindergarten 110.
At school No. 45, which opened after major renovations on September 1, 2025, a meeting of the Public Council of the federal party project “New School” was held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Public Council, Svetlana Makovskaya. She thanked the deputies of the regional parliament for their involvement and personal control over the work at the facilities and the implementation of various projects.
“One of the key tasks facing the party project was not only to improve the infrastructure, but also to create a new quality of knowledge acquisition. More than 40 thousand orders were collected at one time to form the national program of “United Russia”, a significant part was devoted to the education and upbringing system. That’s why there is a special section “Education is the key to a successful future.” The first main direction is infrastructure development and major renovation of educational institutions. A large number of schools required updating, and new educational facilities appeared in the region. The second is the content of education, which includes both patriotic education and support for gifted children. The most important thing for our region is the issue of quality of education, regardless of place of residence. The third direction is working with teaching staff,” noted Alexey Dodatko, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Minister of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Tatyana Gridasova announced the statistics. In 2026, it is planned to build 6 more schools and 3 kindergartens in the region. Regional coordinator of the New School party project, member of the regional parliament Viktor Kardashov added what the party has emphasized over the past five years:
“Changes in education in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are being made for the people. The global task before us is to ensure that a generation of educated and well-mannered people comes into life. All conditions are now being created for this. If we check the schools and institutions that have been built after major renovations, we cannot say that some were built in the last century. Over these five years, United Russia has built interaction with the parent community.”
Early career guidance programs and the experience of specialized classes were discussed at the site. Vera Oskina, Chairman of the Committee on Education and Culture of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, spoke about the formation of a section on the formation of the people’s program of “United Russia”:
“You can come up with your own plans and work according to them, but they will not be interesting to anyone. If people participate in the formation of the people's program of United Russia, they will help and respond to this. The document's main point was education. Many schools were renovated and also built using federal and regional funds. We tried to calculate how many children the work was done for – tens of thousands of children are receiving education in modern conditions.”

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at 11 sites in different territories, the results of the five-year work of the party’s people’s program in health care, education, culture, sports, agriculture, landscaping, and housing and communal services are being summed up. It was based on 40 thousand proposals from residents of the region. Over the past time, more than 2,600 objects have been built, repaired, and landscaped in the region. And now party troops are inspecting and analyzing the work done in all areas.
The field work will conclude with a regional forum, which will be held on April 29. Based on the results of the discussion, proposals will be developed for the people's program of the United Russia party for the next five years.
