Excellent onion from nothing: I throw sawdust into the bag – and the “feathers” climb after 7 days

Seedlings are peacefully on the windowsill and is slowly growing, waiting for a transplant. But, it seems, something is clearly not enough. Just on the window, one far corner was freed, which can be adapted for growing green onions. And waiting for the summer is not necessary. He will give “crop” in a week.

Here's what you need to do:

1. To begin with, take a dense transparent bag to create a greenhouse effect. Sawdles are better to choose small ones, they hold moisture well. Before use, they should be washed and soaked in the water for a couple of hours so that they are entangled with moisture.

2. Choose small bulbs with already outlined sprouts. If there are no such, you can take ordinary onions, but the process will take a little more time. The main thing is that the bulbs are healthy, without signs of rot.

3. Put a layer of wet sawdust 3-4 cm thick on the bottom of the bag. Place the bulbs tightly to each other, slightly pressing into the sawdust. It is important not to bury them completely so that the tops remain in the air.

4. After planting, the package must be inflated, tied and put in a bright place, but not under direct sunlight. Inside, a wet environment is formed, which will accelerate the growth of greens. Once a day, the package should be opened for a few minutes to ventilate.

A minimum of costs, a little time, and the result will not be long in coming. In a week, a bunch of juicy greenery will appear in the package. It remains only to cut it and add it to the summer salad.

Earlier it was reported from what fertilizers the cucumbers are most bastarded by.
