Of course, there will be those who will say that this is not pizza, but a pie, but whatever you call it, it turns out very tasty. This dish can be made in a frying pan when unexpected guests are already on the doorstep and you need to feed them something.
Cooking step by step
For the base, take 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste (you can add other spices). Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (you can use sour cream instead of mayonnaise). Mix everything with a whisk. Then add 5 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly again so that there are no lumps left. The dough is ready.
Pre-lubricate the frying pan with oil. The author has a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm, but this is not important. Pour the dough into the frying pan, lightly pour ketchup on it (you will need 2 tablespoons), and spread the filling on top.
For the filling, take 100 grams of ham or sausage (can be replaced with chicken or minced meat), one tomato (you can also add bell peppers and mushrooms). Grate cheese (100 grams) on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens.
First we lay out the meat products – in this case, sausage. Distribute vegetables on top. And sprinkle everything with the last layer of cheese. If desired, you can top with chopped olives.
Cover the pizza with a lid and fry over low heat until the cheese melts. We check readiness with a toothpick: after the cheese has melted, the dough should not stick to the toothpick – it should remain clean.
