April 14 in the history of the EAO: independent management of the FSB of Russia in the region was formed

April 14, 1888

On this day, in the village of Sumy, the Yaroslavl province, Bolshakov (Musin) Anatoly Fedorovich, a participant in the civil war, chairman of the executive committee and military commissar of the Birsky district of the Amur Region, was born.

Anatoly graduated from the Zemstvo school. A 15-year-old teenager went to Petersburg to work. In the revolutionary movement since 1904. In St. Petersburg he worked as a distributor of literature. In August 1907, he was arrested even after 8 months of imprisonment at the place of registration to the village of Sumy of the Yaroslavl province for vowel supervision for two years. He fled in July 1909, worked in Uglich. In March 1910 he was sentenced to 10 years of hard labor, he was serving his sentence in Butyrka and Yaroslavl. In the settlement since 1916 in Transbaikalia, fought on the Ussuri front. When capturing the Far East, the Japanese and the White Guards moved to the village. Birakan, lived there under the surname Musin. In 1919, in the area of ​​Obluchy, he created a partisan group, and according to other sources – he himself was a partisan of the Kuldur detachment F. Vorobyov. After the death of the detachment commander, F. Vorobyov headed the Kuldur partisan detachment.

In January 1920, the Bolshakov’s replenished detachment in the amount of 60 people joined Obluchye and forced the Japanese troops to leave the village. The detachment later acted together with the 1st regiment of NRA.

In 1920, Anatoly Fedorovich Bolshakov was chairman of the executive committee and military commissar of the Birsky district of the Amur Region, in 1923 he held the highest command posts. In the Soviet years – personal – a pensioner. He died after 1963.

In order to successfully solve the problems of technological progress, rationalizers combine their efforts. On April 14, 1961, a regional conference of rationalizers was held in Birobidzhan.

The newspaper published the appeal of the participants of the regional conference of rationalizers and inventors to all workers, engineers, equipment and employees of industry, construction, communications, transport and agriculture of the Jewish Autonomous Region.

“… In the second year, they introduced more than 1 million rubles to the Savings Fund. In our region, the names of innovators Klimenko, Ivannikov and Voloshchenko from the Khinganolovo plant, Glik, Tkachenko and Varivodov from the plant of power transformers, Selchuk, Masedov and Blyuga from the heat cement plant, Soyko and Glinsky from the factory are well known. “Dalselmash” and many others, the regional conference of rationalizers and inventors, urge all workers, technicians and employees to replenish the ranks of the innovators, make their contribution to the noble work of the identification and use of new reserves of production. inventor.

We urge the regional rationalizers to introduce seven -year -olds to the Fund in 1961 at least 1.2 million rubles, and by 1965 – 7.5 million rubles.

The conference recommends that the heads of enterprises, trade union organizations, primary organizations of the soldiers create creative brigades, public design bureaus, experimental sites, hold mass views and contests, improve the promotion of the achievements of rationalizers and inventors, will provide the necessary conditions for creative work … ”.

April 14, 1992

On April 14, 1992, Russian Security Minister Viktor Pavlovich Barannikov signed an order on the formation of independent management of the FSB of Russia for the EAO.

Today, the FSB bodies are actively counterintelligence on the territory, ensure the country's economic security, stopping corruption and fraudulent operations in the credit and financial sphere, leakage of state secrets, and the activities of criminal groups. The fight against espionage activities also remains one of the priorities of the Federal Security Service of the EAO. The most important thing in the work of the FSB is the fight against terrorism.

Over the past years, employees of the FSB were marked by state awards, some were awarded the title “Honorary employee of counterintelligence.”
