In Zheleznogorsk, traffic police officers establish the circumstances of an accident involving two adolescents.
According to the preliminary information of the department, on April 18 in the late evening, the 16-year-old driver Pitbike was driving along Kurchatov Avenue and collided with the Toyota car. A woman behind the wheel of a foreign car when turning left did not give way to two -wheeled transport. As a result of the accident, the driver Pitbike and his 13-year-old passenger were injured. The girl at the time of the trip was without a motorcycle, she was hospitalized.
In the fact of the accident, an administrative investigation is underway under Part 2 of Art. 12.24 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
“The traffic police inspectors found that the driver Pitbike did not have the right to manage the vehicle, the training in a driving school did not pass, did not pass exams in the traffic police. In addition, sports equipment does not belong to the teenager, work is underway to establish the owner of Pitbike and the circumstances of minors to access transport, ”the traffic police said.
In relation to the driver of two -wheeled equipment, cases of administrative offenses for the management of the vehicle without rights, movement without the headlight included, violation of the rules of transportation of people and other violations related to documents and the execution of Pitbike.
The traffic police strongly recommend limiting free access to keys to minors and not to purchase sports equipment for children if you cannot ensure the delivery of such equipment to the place of skating every time at the request of the teenager. Parents are also advised once again to talk with children about compliance with personal safety measures and the inadmissibility of traveling by transport with persons without rights.
