
The journalist asked if she knew anything about the neighbor on the fifth floor, where the apartment was on fire.
“I clearly know him, this man. He is such an intelligent guy, you would never say that he is some kind of bandit. […] Always say hello. But he didn't interact with people that much. He said hello and left. But I knew him, very well, I knew him clearly,” said the neighbor.
The woman noted that when she saw the photograph on the news, she immediately recognized him. She also said that she knew about the shooter’s life.
“He lived alone. He bought an apartment. Well, about 10 years ago. He probably bought an apartment when the war started in Donetsk, and he apparently moved here then. His family wasn’t here,” the neighbor said.
