In Krasnoyarsk, a court sentenced a man who stood up for his son and beat two teenagers in a yard in Preobrazhenskoye. This was reported by the joint press service of the regional courts.

The incident occurred last year at the sports ground on the street. Petra Lomako. The cause of the conflict was a quarrel between the man's minor son and another schoolboy during a game of football. The man, having entered into a verbal conflict with the teenager, hit him in the face, held him down and knocked him to the ground. He also made a death threat against the student’s parents and used physical force against another minor.

According to the expert's conclusion, the victim's injuries in the form of bruises and abrasions did not cause harm to his health.

At the court hearing, the defendant partially admitted his guilt in assault, but indicated that there was no conflict situation with the victims.

The Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk found the man guilty under paragraph “a” of Part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and imposed a punishment of 400 hours of compulsory labor.

“The civil claim of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Sovetsky District of Krasnoyarsk in the interests of the victims was partially satisfied. In compensation for moral damage: 125 thousand rubles and 45 thousand rubles were recovered. The rest of the claims were left unsatisfied,” the court added.

The verdict did not enter into legal force.
