Ingredients:
- two eggs;
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 80 ml of milk;
- 60 g of oil;
- 160 g of flour;
- 1 tsp. baking powder;
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar;
- 60 g of sugar;
- 1/8 tsp. salts;
- 50 g of raisins.
Cooking
- Pour raisins with hot water for 10 minutes, then strain and dry. Melt the oil and leave to cool.
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add milk and mix.
- Add cottage cheese. Beat the mass with a blender to a creamy consistency.
- Sut the flour with baking powder and add to the dough.
- Pour the melted oil, mix until smooth and add raisins.
- Heat a waffle box. Bake waffles for three to five minutes until golden crust.
