In the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk Traffic police inspectors identified a 20-year-old disenfranchised driver of a tinted Mercedes with false registration numbers.
The press service of the regional police said that the young man was driving a car with serious violations.

“A number of administrative protocols have been drawn up against the violator. For driving a vehicle without a driver's license, for using false registration numbers, for violating tinting rules, and also for not having compulsory motor insurance. The total amount of fines can be more than 15,000 rubles. The car was evacuated and placed in a specialized parking lot,” the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified.
Traffic police reminded that driving a car without a license and with false license plates not only entails administrative liability, but also creates a threat to road safety.
