IT Holding T1 and NSU will prepare IT cadres together

IT Holding T1 and Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N. I. Lobachevsky (NSU) launches joint educational projects focused on the practical training of students. Partners signed an agreement on cooperation at the Tsipr-2025 conference.
As part of cooperation, T1 will participate in the development of NSU training programs, involve their experts in teaching, and also provide students with opportunities for internships and working on real IT projects. Particular attention will be paid to integration into the educational process of advanced IT solutions, such as the “SFRA” and “Engineering Analysis T1” platform as part of the technological equipment of the university.
Cooperation with NSU is a proactive step T1 aimed at developing engineering IT education. According to the results of the previously held strategic session, the parties have already outlined a road map of interaction, including more than a dozen key areas of joint work. Also, T1 and NSU became one of the winners of the competition for the launch of an in-depth education-this year partners will open a joint program for the IT reference.
“The future of the IT industry directly depends on the quality of training of young specialists. Our cooperation with the NSU is a strategic investment in the development of engineering IT education. We are already doing a lot in this direction: we participate in the creation of educational courses, conduct various events, including “Career Days”, lectures, master classes and intellectual competitions, we update the curricula, taking into account the latest IT trains, and also implement software products in the educational process, ”comments Alexey Fetisov, general director of IT Holding T1.
“Already now, the University of Lobachevsky and T1 is actively cooperating as part of the TOP-VIT project. Partnership helps to enrich our educational programs, including thanks to the involvement of leading industry specialists in the educational process. This will allow the NSU to prepare graduates with competencies that are most demanded in the labor market and meet the high standards of the digital economy, ”Oleg Trofimov, rector of NSU, said.
This year, T1 had already held several events for students in the NSU. In March, the idea of T1. Cod Mart, where students developed prototypes of IT systems to work with data. And on June 4, in the framework of the TSIPR-2025 educational track, the general director of the T1 IT Holding, Alexei Fetisov and Kirill Bulgakov, the Deputy General Director for Products and Services, the managing director of the vendor, the notis introduced second-year students with the company, showed examples of projects implemented T1 for customers from various industries, and talked about the capabilities of career development in the company.
