After the oxygen supply system failed, on Thursday evening, at the Pantelimon Hospital in the Capital, the medical staff had to manually ensure the oxygenation of the patients and requested the help of the firemen. At the same time, the Police was notified.
Representatives of the Ministry of Health specified for HotNews that a vehicle of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) was sent to Pantelimon, with several oxygen reserves.
“A special vehicle from the ISU was directed to the hospital, with oxygen reserves (6 cylinders/10l and 7/5l)”, said the officials of the Ministry of Health, assuring that the technical failure will be fixed quite quickly.
