Tragedy on the A7 highway, on the third day of Easter. One dead and two injured after an accident between two vehicles
A serious road accident occurred on Tuesday, the third day of Easter, on the A7 highway, on the Râmnicu Sărat – Buzău section, in Buzău county. As a result of the impact between two vehicles, one person died and two others were injured.

According to the information provided by the Buzău County Police Inspectorate, the accident occurred at kilometer 91, when two cars traveling from Focșani to Buzău collided.

At the wheel of the two vehicles were two men, aged 66 and 82, from the counties of Vaslui and Buzău.
As a result of the impact, both drivers were injured and transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Also, a passenger in the car driven by the man from Vaslui, a 92-year-old man from Galați county, died.
From the first investigations, it appears that one of the drivers would have missed an exit from the highway and would have stopped in the first lane to try to reverse, at which time the collision occurred.
The police have opened a criminal case and are continuing the investigation.
On the second day of Easter, a young pregnant woman, aged 23, died in a violent accident on DN7, in the Olt Valley. The moment of the tragedy was captured by a dashboard camera.
At that time, a 53-year-old man from Ilfov county allegedly entered the opposite direction of travel, colliding head-on with a car driven by a 27-year-old man from Sibiu county. His wife did not survive the strong impact.
