The owner of a shopping center in Krasnoyarsk Cheryomushki will pay CSN more than 4 million rubles for the fire

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory satisfied the claim of the company “DNS Retail” against to the owner of the Zvezdny shopping and entertainment complex on Govorova Street for compensation for damage from the fire.
The fire occurred in January 2024 in a premises rented by DNS Retail with an area of 565 square meters. The plaintiff indicated that the reason was the emergency operation of the electrical equipment of the lamp, and in the building of the shopping complex there were violations of fire and electrical safety requirements. As a result, the fire and efforts to extinguish it damaged the tenant's goods.
According to the company, the damage amounted to 4.2 million rubles. Another 222 thousand rubles were spent on the examination. They demanded that the owner of the building, Furor LLC, recover this amount, as well as 157 thousand rubles in legal costs.
The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
